Making a Subject Access RequestThe General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you the “right to access” otherwise known as a “Subject Access Request”. This allows you or an individual acting on your behalf to request information we hold about you. More information can be found on the ICO’s website. Please also see the LT2 Data Protection Policy for the SAR procedure and more information. When sending a request, you should contact SAR@learningleading.org and we will tell you what information you need to provide. This will allow us to verify your identity and will assist us in locating any information you require.
