The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you the “right to access” otherwise known as a “Subject Access Request”. This allows you or an individual acting on your behalf to request information we hold about you. More information can be found on the ICO’s website. When sending a request, you should contact SAR@learningleading.org and we will tell you what information you need to provide. This will allow us to verify your identity and will assist us in locating any information you require.

All public authorities, including Trusts and Schools, are required under the Freedom of Information Act to adopt the model publication scheme approved by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
